You had to buy allocated seats even though it was nowhere near full, my son is a season ticket holder, and i was given a seat nowhere near him even though the seats either side of him were empty, freinds of mine turned up and sat seperately after being issued tickets for c block even though it was far from full, the entire front row in the section near the steps was empty until people decided to move from their allocated seats, what was going on ?,
I usually sit in the same seat every match but do not have a season ticket, the seat is between my son, and a freind, it has never been unavailable for years, until today, after 15 minutes i decided to sit on it, after i moved forward several others did.
Did anybody not bother turning up today because they thought the main stand was sold out
