the sun has got his hat on and coming out to play am now going for 2600+ and
2 - 0 now

ive just up and after having my first solid 8hr sleep in nearly a month after coming off nights and Las Vegas in between!! like that Tiger off them Shreddies adverts in the 80s I FEEL GREAT!
