What the travelling fans saw...

What the travelling fans saw...

Postby Keith » Wed Feb 24, 2010 12:46 am

The travelling Morecambe fans witnessed a few things not normally seen at a football match...
Image

They saw that Jimbo was in playful mood, catching snowflakes on his tongue...
Image

They spotted that the Bury midfield was particularly small (although still able to strike a ball with power!)
Image

Phil Jevons finding time to recreate that Platoon moment (on this occasion, really going down like he'd been shot by a sniper)...
Image

But I don't know why they didn't all join in when Paul Mullin began his rendition of George Formby's 'Leaning on a Lampost'... On Saturday he'll do Angels by Robbie Williams so be ready...

I'd get my coat but I'm still wearing it until I thaw out!

Have they not loaded for you? That's strange  :? Anyone else see them?

If you remove 1.2.3.13/bmi/ (or any of the IP addresses) from the URL so you get http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2743/4382854133_c5b1c4128c_o.jpg that fixes it.

It would be easy to make fun of Keith's post.

Me, I'm going to rise above it.

Thanks for that Callum. I wonder if Flickr have introduced something new to make it more difficult for people to link directly to images they are hosting or is it because I'm using a wireless dongle? I've never had that happen before.

You see Darren? A spell checker will immediately stop people from picking on you... unless the word you misspell happens to be another, totally different word... in which case, some twat is sure to pick up on it! Half time play list on Saturday? "Here's Robbie Williams with Angles, especially for Keith?" 8-)
