I'm trying to send a couple of PM's but they stuck in my outbox? how do I get them to send any ideas?

PMs will stay in your outbox until the person you have sent it to logs on.

so they wont get an email notification of the PM until they log either?

No, they get an email notification straight away.

No, they get an email notification straight away.

Only if they check their e-mail.
eg if they use Outlook it has to be open, or log on to check webmail.
