o/t Local handyman

The bright spark who had our house before us has built some elaborate cover round our boiler so the front panel can't be lifted off. I've tried everthing I can think of to remove this cover above the door, but my DIY skills are fairly pathetic, so I'd like someone to have a look and sort this out for us.

It's not a massive job for someone who knows what they're doing. Can anyone recommend someone local to do the job for us. Would be preferable if they could work evenings/weekends as our job makes it difficult for my partner and I to take time off work.

Ta for the advice.

Maybe Gary Hocking could help.

My DIY talent often resorts to 'Brute force, sheer ignorance and a bloody big hammer!'.....it often works though.

Hope you get sorted.

it's hard-work getting tradesmen in to do small jobs, and to say there's not much work going about :?

I've only got a small hammer, and it wasn't having much effect last night!

.ahhh.... but it's all about technique!

Maybe if you shouted 'die CC....die CC' as you hit it, it may work! ;) ;) ;)
