As we all know tomorrows game has fallen foul to the weather....not really surprising I guess. By calling the game off early it saves the cost of travel and an overnight stay when funds will be short thanks to the lack of home games of late. It also gives Sammy and Mark an ideal opportunity to do a bit of extra scouting particularly as it has been reported in tonights LEP that we are looking at a couple of additions to the squad during this latest transfer window.

The LEP also confirm that the club has had a number of discussions with City Boss Tony Hesketh about Jordan Connerton and have made clear our intentions to pursue our interest further. However, the City Board appear not to be prepared to talk to us at the moment about any subsequesnt deal :o . Sammy has confirmed our interest but has had no feed back from across the water!

Thanks to Heysham Shrimp for the link to the LEP article below.

The new Stadium Home End is now in the process of having its terracing put into position and it's clear that the areas created for supporters with a disability are to be well catered for with two specific areas built into the front terracing areas. Anybody worried about lack of space should take a look and see. They will be amazed at what has been created. :)

Steelwork for the Away End is in place for erection probably next week. ;)

All the steelwork for the Main Stand is now in place and the terracing for the seating is being put in place this afternoon. The Community Block is almost completed in terms of structure and will be a fantastic development for both the club and the local community.
