Just been on the Hereford Website and there is going to be a Pitch Inspection at Noon today.Doesnt sound promising for tomorrow as theyve neem asking for Volunteers too help them Clear the Snow off the Pitch

Sounds encouraging.....NOT

Some Clubs are really going to be in the mire with cashflow projections. Rotherham hav'nt played a game for 5 weeks now and will have lost revenue from at least 3 games. As they don't have other revenue streams smaller clubs rely on matchday takings to pay the bills so it could be dire straits for some. The re arranged fixures will also mean playing on Tuesdays and possibly even Thurdays for some to fix the backlog. A Saturday attendance of say 3000 will dwindle down to 1800 putting further strain on the finances

I suppose at least they won't be shelling out £47K a minute on interest payments tho

The intention was to stick to the orange but your friend Hereford Mick was determined to introduce me to the local cider which did me the world of good
