If they decide to put a statue up on the New Christie Way ,should it be a past present player or staff. It could be JB himself, or Rod Taylor they may think Eric has moved from the prom. Danny Carlton ,as it was his goal that put the Shrimps in The Football League Shirt Off arms a loft i can see it now. Put your ideas on sv ,it may come off.

What about a statue of Christies Child for services to Shrimps Voices?


Hang on though better cancel the roof on the main stand if we're going to pay for all the metal required for that statue.

Sorted then. A junior Christies Child water feature fountain statue thingy next to the training pitch.

Less metal required and one of Christies life long ambitions to bring free water to the players fulfilled, whilst also honouring his not inconsiderable contributions to Shrimps Voices.

You may mock...but that bush and those binoculars have been great at providing a regular steam of pre-season training news about new players.
