How's about:

A linguistics professor was lecturing his class one day.

"In English", he said, "A double negative forms a positive. In some languages, though, such as Russian, a double negative is still a negative. However, there is no language wherein a double positive can form a negative."

A loud voice from the back of the room piped up, "Yeah, right."

I can't remember the Jedwood one completely but it goes along the lines of.

Dear Jedwood, I am a personal admirer of yours and would like to know how someone who performs like crap every week still have the love of the public.

Obviously its a bit longer and probably different but it goes something like that.

One I heard years ago but stil makes me laugh is.

The wife of an indian chief comes into the doctors and says 'big chief no fart'.
Obviously realising this is the extent of the english he will get from the wife the doctor clicks and hands her a pill saying 'this is the 3rd most effective farting pill in the world, give him this'.

The next day the wife comes in again and repeats herself 'big chief no fart'.
Surprised the doctor hands her a stronger farting pill and says this should do the trick. The wife smiles and takes it.

The morning after the doctor wa surprised to see the woman come in again, 'big chief no fart' she says.
He ponders it for a moment and then decides he had to give the lady the strongest farting pill he had, the strongest in the world infact. Reluctantly he hands her the pill and she walks off.

Later on that day the doctor was even more surprised to the wife come in, this time she was crying. The doctor asked if the pill worked, the woman replied 'big fart no chief'
