Naaargh the coaching staff have borrowed it to strengthen the team, they've been a bit rusty lately

Poor devils have been at it all week without a day off, the Imps will be trembling in their boots ;)

Somebody else had the same idea. Looks a bit muddy down there. Did you give him a helping hand?

I looked something like that ( I wish.... ) after having a mudbath in Turkey a few years back.

Bloody brilliant, but the smell.....ooooooo!

Now that REALLY does stink.

Always suprised at the number of idiots that let their kids play and walk on it during summer.

A hell of a lot of work to be done at our new stadium if we are to meet the completion date.

Didn't 'field start AFTER us?

Yes Chesterfield were quite far behind us their land had been flattened a long time ago but no work on the foundations had been put down and it looked like they were going to be tight for time. I am guessing their land was in a bit better state than the bog we inherited so we have had to spend longer on the foundatins.

I like their stand with the curved roof. The second and third stand has gone up quick I looked the other day and they had just finished the 1st.

The 1st pictures from the webcam came in mid July. You can go back to the various dates on their website here: http://www.b2netstadium.co.uk/

Quite interesting to see how quickly things develop once the foundations are complete. as Phil says they did'nt have a roof last week!

This was it just a month ago!

The good weather has helped and you will soon see rapid progress

As the Spireites are saying, once they put a wall on the near stand the webcam will be useless!

Talk about watching the grass grow apparently they are seeding the pitch as opposed to using turf.

I wonder when our pitch will go down. The sooner the better for me as that is the most important thing for me giving the pitch plenty of time to settle.

Just watched the 'field freeze frame recording for the 28th October.

The end stand structure went up in almost a day!

A lot has happened in the space of a few weeks.

No doubt we will soon start to see ours taking shape.

Are we seeding our pitch or using Morecambe Bay washed turf...??????

I spoke to the guys down there yesterday when I went snapping and they reckon the main frame will go up very quickly.

Would be worth going down every other day and taking a snap.
