Someone who can motivate his players and instill that winning mentality without having to break the bank to do it and be strong enough to kick ass and drop players when their obviously not worth a start in the team.

We need a Coleman type figure in that dressing room!

A good manager is one who manages in the Premiership, all others arn't worth their weight in gold :lol:

Knowing when things (clearly) aren't working and making changes at the right time, making the right substitutions..
No, it's not about just winning, to me it's the manner in which we lose, they were pretty shit but cut us apart a few times right through the centre and with a bit better finishing could have been a couple up within about 15 mins. We never looked like a home team today and backed off when we were in front when it should have been quite the opposite for a team who I believe are going to be 'truly' fighting for survival in this league.
