Having been away for a couple of weeks, I had a look at MFC Player to get a view of the games I've missed.

From what I saw we appear to have been playing some good stuff, especially Drummies goal v the Shrews.

Am I right to think that?

Much tighter defensively although this has meant a little less potency upfront. Its a case of getting the balance right.

8 games in the league unbeaten and only 2 defeats all season suggests we aren't too far away from being in a decent position.

Norwich drew 23 times out of 42 matches in the 78/79 season
Swansea drew 8 consecutive games last season which is a record.

theres all the records... just have a look at the thumbnail for the draws records... that scoreboard looks awfully familiar!

12 unbeaten Feb/March ~ W6 D6..... 9 up to date but 8 are draws

Yes CC our defence has improved, we are not as kamikaze as we were while you were last on these shores although Danny had to concede a red card to stop the Shrews scoring on Saturday
