I'm sure the club would hope for at least 2000
Remember Carlisle have won this competition in a former guise so should be a good competitive cup match and i would expect a good following

carlisle will have a good away following so that will make sure there will be by our standards a good attendance so I will say 2134

What are you on ?

I for one want to see our team supported week in week out. I know for a fact that this game will be well supported (mostly by away fans I think), and the kid a quid scheme is a great incentive to get people in. I just hope many first timers will come back - over to the team for that one - we need a win.

BTW - I still don't know who you are????

Does it matter?

We all want to see Morecambe well supported every week as you say. Moaning about people only turning up for the big games won't change anything - it isn't something unique to our club. Look at some of the teams in the Premier League - empty week in, week out, until Man utd or Liverpool come to town.

If people want to be fickle, let them, but lets grab their money when they do come in the gate and stop having a go at them.

We went to watch Blackpool play Wigan last night and were welcomed with open arms :o

Having got over the initial " What's ya postcode" we blended in quite well with all the tangerine. We joined in with the "Seasiders" song quite easily but I had to put the hand over somebody's mouth for the "come on Mor......" err Blackpool chant

Their drummer should get a job in a band - he really got the 2 sides of the Stadium going including all the "Main Standers" :o

At Championship level it was strange looking over at the uncovered 1300 Wigan fans in the rain, but by half time 3.0 down they were walking away anyway

Back to topic: Forget Carlisle for the moment, bring on Chesterfield, we surprised 'em last season, it will be interesting to see how we react to playing against a top 7 side - COME ON MORECAAAMBEEE :D

Apparently Blackpool qualified for a Football League Grant towards the Stadium as they moved the pitch 20 yards :o

O.M.G. just noticed those seats above the grabber - they were'nt there last night

Saw the 'old' seats on the SSN round up of League Cup action - looks like they've turned from orange to Main Stand pink!

Yes, you would hope by now that the seat manufacturers could use coloured plastic that does'nt fade in the sun and all the other weather that is thrown at us! Maybe it's just the price  I would'nt like to think our new seats will be pink after 2 seasons

What's the admission prices for everyone for the Carlisle game?

I would hope we will still outnumber the away fans even if they do travel in good numbers. If there is any chance of them selling-out givde them the Carwash Stand to rake-in any extra money.

I was going to go to the Rochdale game on Friday but I have the wife's friend coming to visit
