Manny Panther scored for Exeter against us last season after returning from a 1 month loan spell with Rushdon where he got sent off on his debut against Burton and also in his final match of only 3 against Torquay. Signed a 3yr deal in May 2008 with Exeter but handed in a transfer request recently which has been accepted. Prior to Exeter he was at York for 3 very succesful years and was also captain for part of it. Played more of an attacking midfield role at York which seemed to suit his style more.

His father is a retired pro-boxer who retired in the 1970's after going blind with cataract.

If Manny Panther signs for Morecambe, it won't wind Matty or myself up at all, but if it's HIM we will both be not happy to say the least, on a par with finding
out that Stephen Vaughan had just joined the board
