Its good to see something other than a muddy patch. Good to see that 'Christie Way' is being built, when does the stadium actually start being built, is it Monday?

They're certainly taking their time over it - building was supposed to start last Monday

Why do I have the 10th in my head as a start date.

Chesterfield's new ground is meant to be a 50 week build I am guessing ours will be something similar.

Starts Monday 10th August 2009, to be completed by Monday 5th July 2010 which is 47 weeks or 329 days or 7896 hours depending which way the moon eclipses 8-)

They will have to allow 27 of those hours for chasing away snooping photographers and sight seers tho'

Depends how close to Monday you are. If we are still having this conversation on Sunday (August 9th 2009 just to be sure) then next Monday would be August 17th.

but only if the 17th day after July 24th falls on a Monday, otherwise it would be the nearest Monday to that date. At least, that's how I understand it, so it may not be correct. If someone in the know could confirm, that would be useful.
