Looks that way to me, if they accept all the FL board have put to them including putting up 750,000 quid!
Where will they get that from?

If they don't go back to Rotherham within 4 years, they lose the bond and their Football League status!

Also, something I noted
"Therefore, in accordance with recent precedent"

What was that precedent that was set?

Anyone know?
:?

Are Luton still starting on minus 30 next season?
It hasn't been updated on the BBC and i'm confused.

Got a link? Can't see anything about it on either BBC website or Luton Town website.

As for the £750,000 bond and caveat that they must return to Rotherham within 4 years, I imagine it's to prevent a loophole allowing clubs to move towns a la MK Dons

I think this is the one

Luton's have two seperate deductions - this link confirms the -20 for administration, the other -10 is for illegal transfer payments, so the -30 still stands

Nothing to be confused about - minus 30, as mentioned on Sky Sports News several times today

Ok, its because people had been saying about winning an appeal but I hadn't really heard much about it.

Sorry if I caused any confusion but about two weeks ago Sky sports were running a 10-15 word news text in the League Two folder on Sky sports news channel saying -20 points and Luton had won an appeal.
Then again, this is the same Sky sports that listed Barrow vs Morecambe on the night we were away at Lancaster, then the next day said we were playing Barrow again!
