Interesting comment about going into games completely spent.

Artell said

"After cementing our status in League Two, our target for the coming season has to be the play-offs."

cementing? i hope we get to over-confident, it's going to take a lot of hard work to reach the play-offs, just because we've come close before doesn't mean it's going to be plain sailing this time

I'm actually pleasantly surprised at the attitude conveyed by Artell in that blog. The players are obviously confident about their prospects for the coming season, though they shouldn't get over-confident.

i agree, but not having confidence aint going win games,

if a pro boxer walks into the ring lacking confidence he wont win albeit an individual sport. :)

OK then but if a pro-boxer walks into a ring "OVER CONFIDANT" he will probably get KO'd

ie. Ricky Hatton recently against a smaller fighter from the philippines none other than Manny Pacquiao

but lets not get off topic ;)
