I missed the announcement of the attendance, I did a rough head count of the away fans and i reckon, bearing in mind there were quite a few in the main stand, they had brought around 999 fans, what was todays total :?: :?:

your not going to get a big gate for a friendly against Huddersfield it could be even less when we play Plymouth next week as I don't expect any more than a handfull of Plymouth fans to turn up

Got dragged (kicking and screaming) to Scouseport today shopping and saw about 4 shirted Plymouth Argyle fans in the town. They must have been at Haig Avenue for a friendly.

My new Morecambe shirt got them squinting to try and read which team it was !!!!!

well do you not think there would have been more if it had been a midweek match? like Burnley this week and numerous fixtures last season ?

Morecambe in genral potentially should be getting a lot more with home fixtures on Saturdays, but most people i know would rather watch Premiership football in the pub instead or they just have other commitments after working all week and its there only time off

id like to see more home matches midweek

so then we can pick ours if they can pick there's, am sure where no different to a lot of teams in the NW with a lot of there support following the "BIG 4" so to speak

and a lot of people around here go and watch Man United, Man City, Liverpool, Everton, Leeds, Celtic, Rangers one way or another, just see Morecambe as a second team

A few of us converts are bucking the trend and actually travel from outside of the Morecambe/Lancaster area to to attend games at CP and i cant understand the apparent lethargy amongst locals towards the football league club on there doorstep :?: :?: :?:
