Eddie Johnson ex Bradford

Despite scoring a couple during his trial period for Crewe, the striker who played for Bratford against us last season is now looking for a club.
With Sammy still on the look out for additional fire power (?) and no doubt aware of his Man U background I wonder if we will be interested?
However, I understand that we have now reached our wages cap (based on turnover) and that any additional signings will have to see departures.
For me, I'm still not sure what McCann has to offer but as he's now on a contract....!!!!!
