Lack of disabled facilities costs restraunter £2,000

I totally agree that in this day and age all shops, restaurants, pubs etc. etc. should provide suitable facilities for the disabled so they have equal access to services as the able bodied wherever they may be. However, is it worthy of £2,000 compensation for such distress or should such monies have been directed to suitable charities and into installing improved facilities either in the restaurant or elsewhere?
