Ground share with Lancaster?

Just an idea but when we move to the new stadium I think it would be a good adea if we could get a deal to ground share with Lancaster City for our home pre-season games that way the pitch would have more time to set in and we will have a nice new suface to star our new season on

It would be better to use the friendlies as an opportunity to test the ground and its facilities prior to our first formal match of the season? It would be hugely embarrassing to welcome a team to the new stadium only to find we haven't managed to iron out the snags and teething troubles.

You have to have warm up events to get the safety certificate.
