As many of you know Peter is taking a final bow at tonights Sponsors Dinner.
I'm sure everybody on SVs who know Peter, wishes to thank him for his sterling work and dedication over the past years. The portacabins will never be the same again.

Yes , I will echo that.
I first came across Peter when he was an Estate Agent in Lancaster.
He's done a sterling job for the Shrimps.
Do we know who is successor is yet ?

He truely has done himself proud, he has done a fantastic job at Morecambe, best of luck in the future.

Firstly Peter's my Uncle so I'm biased.
He's given 15 years of service to Morecambe Football Club and built up really strong relationships with a lot of local businesses. His e-marketing skills aren't going to set the world alight but his honest, face-to-face and committed sales work has resulted in the success of the Gala Draw, umpteen Sportsman's Dinners, and many hundreds of thousands of pounds of revenue to the club over that time.
I know he'll still be involved in some capacity, but I believe that won't be working for the club on a part-time salary.

Someone once bought me a mug off the Morecambe website, and the man delivered it personally to the house. Not bad service in my book!
