Gillingham's credit rating has been cut to the lowest possible 1 out of 100 from 3. They, Gillingham Football Club PLC, declared a pre-tax loss of £1.654 million in the year to May 2008.
With no ground and owing about £4 million it'll be interesting to see if they can survive if they lose the playoff final.

Amazing how their Chairman sees it from a completely different angle:

Hope they can upgrade their Kerplunk Stand with all this extra revenue

It's always suprises me how little some fans know of their clubs true plight.

It's amazing how they have lasted, earlier in the season it was commented if they didn't get their new ground they would probably go out of business ! and now 38000 people have come out of the woodwork for a trip to Wembley !! now if I were a naughty I could sneak up to Gillingham and rob some houses !!
