Chester saved?

Chester saved?

Postby Christies Child » Sun May 03, 2009 9:50 am

Could Chester be saved from the drop if Darlo as is rumoured are unable to solve their financial problems and are forced out of business?

If Darlo are not able to resolve their problems then they will be no longer operate and Chester will be repreaved.

Makes you wonder if the rumoured bid by Vaughan to take over at Darlo was all a ploy to prolong Darlo's problems in an effort to save Chester....or am I being too synical?

Darlingtons problems much more severe than Chesters.

The Darlington Arena will be out of place in Unibond div 1 North. What will their fans make of Giant Axe when they visit !

Chester don't exactly sound safe, though:

As if the relegation wasn't bad enough for the fans!

If I had to chose I'd keep Chester purely because we always get the points against them
Darlo if they sort themselves out, will be another team to potentially finish above us, sounds selfish but thats football
Get over it ;)

Southampton in lots of trouble. Talk of them being thrown out of the league.
