anyone know if we are going to be put in the same part of the stadium as last season or have we been moved because I know they have closed part of the stadium when they went in to admin but not sure which part they closed

I think that we'll be in the same end as last season. The only part closed is to the right of us which I understand they are hoping to sub let for office space.

I could be wrong of course...... :o :o :o

I was a late arrival last season and had to get my ticket from the match day office. Did those ticketing arrangements apply to everybody?

It will be a very strange atmosphere next week in a ground only about a tenth full - i think we will take quite a few though

everyone had to purchase their ticket from the office.

I noticed on there official website that tickets are GBP13 in advance and GBP15 on the day so not sure what proper price is (they could have reduced them to get the crowds in due to financial problems of late)

Just ordered mine on 0871 855 1883. £16 per adult, which is £2 discount off the normal price.
There is no card charge and can be collected at the ticket office on the day.

We are in the East Stand again behind the goal.

Hopefully we will be 2.0 up at full time and not just half time :?

Indeed you are!

It's actually the West Stand which has been closed, which is the opposite end behind the goal, see http://www.darlington-fc.net/page/NewsDetail/0,,10339~1576132,00.html and http://www.darlington-fc.net/page/MatchTickets/0,,10339~676457,00.html, so it'll seem a bit like when we were at the City Ground, with the home fans in only the main stand to our left! 8-)

I'm absolutely livid with the review of the York Hotel! it says:

"a good pub choice if you’ve only got time for a pre match ‘quicky’"

FFS If I'd known that was available I wouldn't go straight to the ground.

Marky

I just rung Darlo for my tickets when I gave him my surname Lewis the chap says you have already phoned up and booked two tickets this morning. Emmm nope I don't think I did then suddenly it clicked I bet it was Marky

Anyway I made him write our initials on them so we get the right ones.

Bit slow their Phil. If it had been the other way round I would have tagged mine on to your credit card

Can I get him, and the administrators, on data protection grounds

Only joking Darlo :D On that subject I read that their team hotel was cancelled at the weekend by the administrators and without a cheque book or credit card they had to take a 5 hour coach trip on Sat. morning instead - the manager is not happy!

Maybe the penney has'nt dropped yet 8-)

That's definately a double bagger. I might give the pre-match quickie a miss then if that's alright with you.
