Does anyone know if I-Follow automatically renews or if you have to sign up for another year. If it does auto renew how do you cancel it.

It used to auto-renew, but I'm guessing the club won't be on that platform next season, so won't renew? Would be useful if the club said what happens next season?

[Edit] I've just had a look, my subscription is due to auto-renew, 31st August 2025.

I think the date is based on when you first subscribed (mine says renewal in July)

The real question is if anyone has figured out how to cancel the subscription yet...

I've managed to get sorted.
i sent an email to ifollow@efl.com and asked them to cancel my subscription. I had to include my full name, email address and the club i supported. I received an eamil conformation to say no more money would be taken and i can still access i follow until the end of May
