Why doesn't Derek want Adam Lewis and Dackers playing at the same time? Tallest player and the best crosser, why not play them together? I just don't understand that one. Are we starting with Angol up front on his own?

I'm also not seeing what Macadam is doing to warrant starting every week? I know (and have commented in the past) that sometimes, once a fan gets a 'downer' on a player, they notice what they do wrong, and miss what they do well, so perhaps I'm simply guilty of that? Do others see him differently?

Bright start but the clearest chance in the opening ten minutes was a 'don cross that was headed narrowly wide.

Was that a penalty? Watched it twice and I thought Garner was touched, but he didn't appear to complain much, so perhaps not clipped.

Two up front with Edwards in a free-role?

Another shot from distance by Wimbledon, touched around the post for a corner.

Get in!!!

Adam Lewis loads the box, Songo'o nodded the ball across the 6 yard area for Angol to belt it in!

Gillingham three down at half-time! If we'd played this way on Saturday, instead of the utter garbage, 'hoof-ball' we'd probably have won.

Much improved tonight, let's hope for a positive second half.

None of the bottom five losing at the moment!

Wimbledon looking better in the second half, and we're looking a bit ragged. Need to settle down.

Luke Hendry off injured now, Millen on.

Very open now, next goal could come at either end. I'd settle for no more goals at all though!!!

Macadam down now. If he needs to go off, this is our last substitution opportunity (all three enforced). Would we make other changes now?

Macadam>Cooke

On Saturday, it was difficult to choose a MotM because they were all awful. Tonight, it wad difficult to choose a MotM because they've all played well!

Songo'o got sponsors' MotM. Beyond Radio gave it Taylor. Wouldn't argue with either of those.

Great result! :D :D :D

We were owed a performance after the dire game on Saturday. I do think Gillingham may bite us on the bum come the end of the season. If we'd gone at them and won, we'd now be two points clear of relegation and only three points behind Gillingham. That said, we're only one point behind Tranmere, and we have a game in hand over them.

Milton Keynes are bottom of the form table and playing really badly. We really, REALLY must play like we did today. No nonsense, another 'MUST WIN' game. Don't go there and sit back, let's build on this performance and go for back-to-back wins.

Confidence surging back! :D

I disagree not all the players were awful at Gillingham

Thought Taylor and Stott played well

Tackled and headed well in defence, but their clearances were almost all simply whacked clear randomly, not passed out. I know their role is about getting the ball clear, but when we play well, many of their clearances are also passes. Maybe a bit harsh saying they were "awful", but they didn't play well. Tonight, everyone put in a good, positive shift.

Yes an excellent performance, a deserved win - it was the energy what done it, everyone was on it this evening. As people say, difficult to choose an MOTM, but I would have given it to Edwards.
