Manager pre Gillingham interview

Manager pre Gillingham interview

See the OWS for the actual interview which for me is probably the most honest and factual interviews of our excellent manager.

Derek must be one of the very few managers to tell it as it is in a calm and considered way.

Yes he can be and is sometimes very vocal on the touchline but he goes out of his way to protect all his players leaving any direct criticism to the changing room where it should be.

We are so lucky to have him in the driving seat and begs the question if he had some of the budgets that other managers have in EFL2 where we as a club would be.

Derek is always honest. Whereas I don't believe a word Jason says I believe Derek's every word.
