Doesn't matter as we can't find the back of the net wherever it is positioned.

I just don’t know why they are so silent over the bid and who they are and what their intentions are. We had one glib statement that was winkled out of them by an investigating journalist highlighting Morecambe FC’s plight and yet nothing more forthcoming!!

It is right if anyone is feeling sceptical or dubious about what is actually happening.

Exactly. Whittingham finally gave his first interview with Radio Lancashire, during which, he admitted that communication has been poor, yet here we are with a potential new owner, also not communicating.

Inerestingly, when Whittingham was asked if Momi was the buyer, he replied that it was 'Panjab Warriors' or something like that, without actually confirming Momi was behind the bid. I can't remember exactly how he responded, bu I remember thinking it was an 'odd' response.

Momi is an active director of 9 companies including Panjab Warriors but more importantly JKM CAPITAL LTD which are behind Panjab. Google JKM CAPITAL LTD, fb throws up an interesting JKM capital but unsure if it is the same but seems likely?

Because that’s how business works same as Bond group was set up to buy MFC and another for Worcester so one doesn’t effect another technically. If you were to look at the site I suggested on fb you would realise it is real estate in Delhi. Good or bad who knows but India has huge potential for investment

That’s interesting nobly, but cannot go on their facebook webpage as I’m not a member. If it’s the case the real estate part of the company is in Delhi how big is the company out there? Don’t forget who ever takes over has to be able to fund the Club long term, especially with stability, Jason has struggled to do that with out him at times it affecting the Club to a degree that has damaged the Club both on and off the field. I’m thinking wages and not strengthening the team the year we went out of League 1 by one point.

I just don’t get their silence, things like good communication and an explanation about their plans, those things and relationships and interest being built NOW. Why aren’t they creating a buzz of anticipation around the Club, it could I fact lift the Club, just some good PR.

But NO we carry on not knowing much and therefore struggling throughout the Club with the on going situation we have been in for 2yrs. Panjab Warriors will have to start building from scratch if they are successful in the purchase of the Club, it is for me a missed opportunity, what are they scared of, and is it any wonder we are worried about our potential new owners.

You’re obviously very confused about business deals. If you were buying a house it’s not your house until it is signed sealed and contracts exchanged therefore the seller could pull out at any stage and you lose your house purchase and legal fees you’ve paid out. Not one single person should in any way announce there plans until they have secured the purchase because that is just pure stupidity. I know it’s difficult but we will never know anything until it’s sold. JW is the problem, he can say things, he can publish and discuss but doesn’t he just lies. Maybe he promises things but things happen and the the things he promised will no longer occur but tell us, don’t just leave it for us all to make our own minds up. JW bought us and straight away wanted to move us on within 2 years, he has never had any plans of stopping around, he’s not interested in Morecambe fc or football in general, it is purely a business acquisition. We are really lucky Derek gets on so well with Rod and the board because I personally would have been off by now but he learnt his mistakes last time around and the grass isn’t always greener on the other side and money isn’t everything in life, happiness is more important sometimes but make no bones about it Derek has only stopped because of the BOD.

My worry is that a new owner will just rinse and repeat what Jason has done, i.e. buy the club in the hope of a quick profit, without actually putting any time, effort nor resources into improving it. All Jason has done is paid towards the ongoing huge losses. He's done nothing to help reduce the losses nor put the business on a more sustainable footing.

We desperately need an owner who is either interested enough themselves, or will put a couple of new board members on to the existing board to develop new ideas and initiatives to take the club forward, i.e. developing what's left of the ground to generate revenue, marketing to improve the revenue of the boxes, suite and bar on non match days, investments in communication to improve match day experiences etc.

If nothing changes other than change of owner, we'll continue to be reliant on someone to keep pumping money in to cover the huge losses we suffer every year, and that's not sustainable, which is why I have always been against Fury buying it - that's exactly what he'd do - cover a year or two of the losses and then get bored and leave the club in no better position, as what it really needs is new ideas, new blood, new "investment" to improve it, not just pumping money in to cover the "same old losses".

That has already been confirmed by the proposed new owner in that he will put in place 2 new Directors from the Bond Group which fills me with dread that Jason will still be lurking in the background as I think I'm correct that he is the only employee or Director / Owner of Bond Group.... :?: :?: :?:

The Bond group accounts show that not only is it a "One man band" of Jason's but that it's only investment is the shares in MFC., so the whole thing is basically just Jason buying MFC and borrowing money through his company to finance it! Nothing else there at all.

I presume the proposed sale will be Momi buying the company called Bond Group hence the suggestion of Bond Group appointing directors - Momi will simply be buying Bond Group from Jason to take control.

I think it's fare to say there are some stupid people who have gone on to announce things before the deal was done. I do however take your point that many will not announce any plans.

I think the club as a whole needs to respect confidentiality more seriously to be honest. It's like a leaky sieve with leaks from the top down to "those who know someone" which has caused some of the annoyance and the "us and them" divide between those close to the Board and staff and everyone else. I've spoken in passing to a couple of people today who I've literally met on the street, and they've both said the same as to the new signings expected tomorrow, not just position, but the same names. These were two random people in different places, but both for separate reasons, are "close", one to a Board member and the other to a staff member. It's just not right that the wider fan base are left in the dark whilst those who know someone are getting what is effectively confidential insider information.
