they have signed there second player of the window ,, and for a fee for both

the guy from blackpool seems to have a very good pedigree and the other lad from gateshead will be well known to the manager - i think they have the financial power to pull away from this battle

worst still is this not the owners that derek introduced to mfc that are throwing money around

another jason fcuk up

The American owners have already thrown a fortune at Carlisle and there is no way they are going to let them be relegated. Hence further significant investment taking place right now.

I've thought all season that at some point they would climb to safety, it's just taking longer than I thought.

I personally think there is more chance of Newport County being dragged down into the mire, which makes Sundays game incredibly important. Probably far more important than the game against Chelsea, which will be a money spinner and a good day out for the fans but little else.

As Songo’o said every game from now on is a cup final, who ever we have in the squad they all have to step up game after game after game. We cannot rue our situation or look on in envy at others.

No "probably", absolutely, definitely, more important. We've got less than 1% chance of winning at Chelsea. Three points at Newport, don't care how many Chelsea win by. Fewer than five would be nice. But Newport is the big one.

Yes and York have a very wealthy majority share holder family but a bit like our situation without the wealth really as they too are based in London, they too set up a different company to seal the deal and they too are not York city or even football fans but just serial entrepreneurs but are very good at it. They were going to take over Yeovil I think at one time if my old fading memory serves me right (or was it someone else struggling, hmmmmm). They also have a very very very good supporters trust who have basically saved York city

Carlisle are one of many clubs looking at signing Altrincham striker Regan Linney

Would be a fantastic signing
