Newport (A) Predictions

Postby AndyReifman » Wed Jan 01, 2025 5:17 pm

All I want for my birthday is the full 3 points.

Hoping we can take some sort of momentum from Tranmere and get ourselves out of the relegation zone.

1-2 win for us.

Very tough game to predict this one.. Newports last 5 games have seen them score 10 goals but concede 12

I will be happy with a 1 1 draw

Just watched 1st half of Newport v Afc Wimbledon and if Newport play this well on Sunday it's going to be a tough afternoon

2nd half starts Wimbledon now lead... Funny old game football

As it currently stands (half-time on Saturday) a win tomorrow will lift us out of relegation spot. Two wins on the bounce would be a great start to 2025! Tomorrow's game could go in any direction, so I'll predict with my heart...

1-2 :D :D :D

Just seen who the ref is tomorrow    Genuinely, he 'owes us' a performance after being so utterly incompetent when he gifted the game to Wrexham. On the basis that he'll stick with supporting the Welsh sides, I'm changing my prediction. 2-0 and if we finish the game with 11 players on the pitch, it will be an achievement.

Ref does worry me, but we have to win to keep in touch after today's games, so Newport 0-1 Morecambe.

2-1 Morecambe win for Mrs A

Would love us to get another away victory, but realistically I'm not sure.
So will go for a share of the points

Sprinkling of snow in Shrewsbury with all roads clear but open spaces, lawns, fields and paths covered but only lightly. I would think the game will be on but all depends if the pitch is frozen but I think the weather is due to warm slightly
