Next 2 fixtures (for bottom teams)

Next 2 fixtures (for bottom teams)

Postby Redalert1970 » Fri Dec 27, 2024 12:25 pm

There is some massive games over the next week or so...

Sunday 29th December

CARLISLE v ACCRINGTON
Salford v MORECAMBE
Bromley v SWINDON
Fleetwood v HARROGATE
TRANMERE v Barrow

Wednesday 01st January

ACCRINGTON v Grimsby
MORECAMBE v TRANMERE
Crewe v CARLISLE
SWINDON v Colchester
HARROGATE v Salford

I think and have said before Harrogate could be sucked in to the bottom 2 as they don't score many goals

We just need to stay in touch for now

We just need Edwards to stay fit!
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

We need a bit more than just that!. However, I think at the end of those games we will still be in touch and Carlisle will be the one cut adrift, at which point they'll sack their manager.

They were calling for his head yesterday, must have been torture for him with 4000 Cumbrians shouting over his shoulder, Derek gets an easy ride, lol
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

Currently...

Carlisle 2 Accrington 1
Bromley 1 Swindon 1

Accy getting dragged into trouble that's for sure

Looks like it's 2 from bottom 6

Probably good if Carlisle win and Accey don’t pull away with that game in hand on us they have.

Get annything out of the game today will be very welcome.

Next two games after today are pivotal must get something out of both Tranmere and Newport, Hopefully with finally getting that home win, its desperately needed.

Bromley 1 Swindon 1

Carlisle 2 Accrington 1

Decent results for us so far today

Could do wth Fleetwood and Barrow helping us out as well

Just noticed Carlisle got 7200 today compared to 9200 on Boxing Day (once who threw their seasons tickets on the pitch must have been more than we thought lol)

Did that include away fans? They were paying Accy after all... ;)
