Bright start by both sides. Hope shot blocked for a corner, then a couple of minutes later, Hendrie gave the ball away cheaply, which led to a long shot that hit the bar with Bergoyne stranded.

Three times in the first ten minutes, we've defended well to win the ball, but then gave it away cheaply. Hendrie, Jones and Stott all guilty. Can't keep doing that or they will punish us.

We are going to have to sharpen up. Had the ball ‘stolen’ off us a few times, and some sloppy passing in the first half 10 minutes.

What's the weather like at Cheltenham ?

Macadam's shot took a wicked deflection, keeper was going the wrong way, but was able to change direction. On another day, that nestles in the net.

Yet more crap defending. Long ball from the keeper, in towards the corner. Lewis made a mess of defending. Their lad took it behind Lewis, drove into the area, and finished well.

Our midfield play is really decent, and we've had some decent posession, but Cheltnham have three players who look dangerous and could score, while we have no-one presenting a danger at the moment.

Still in it, but no decent shots on target by us. We need to create more opportunities. Lewis had the best shot for us, from just outside the area, which was blocked for a corner.

When the only decent Morecambe shot came from a defender, you can see where our problems are.

This is not a Derek out message or anything close before people start jumping down my throat

Yes his hands are tied and yes he had to throw a team together but we are now 20 league games in almost half the league season gone and we currently have 3 wins from 20 and 14 points from 60

We can't keep using the excuse of team not played that much together or we are playing well and not winning

If things don't change and change fast we are heading out of the league which would be a crying shame after all the effort which was put in to get there in the first place

At the moment thank god Carlisle and Swindon are as bad !!!!

Another worry for me is when you look at who Cheltenham can bring on off the bench (Bowman and Taylor) where as we have Dackers and that's nothing against the young lad

We've got to hope we remain in touching distance in January, and then Derek weave some magic on the loan market.

I think tactical, he was fine going forwards, but struggling in defence.

More good approach play, but even with a few touches in the penalty area, we still couldn't get a shot on target away.

Definitely not a football classic.

Hope put wide from about five yards!!!

Hope runs a lot, and battles.
Dakers superb holding play and target man.
Tollitt can jink around and dribble.
Slew is strong and quick.

Not one of them is looking like scoring.
