You’ve done it now. I’ll kick it off. Those tickets are far too expensive and there’s not enough for our 5,000 regulars. Plus coaches should have been organised for the game weeks ago because there’s only a month left till the big day.I just needed to get that off my chest!

Be interesting how quickly they sell. I am a season ticket holder but will probably wait for general sale so I can get tickets for my fair weather friends too

Accrington have sold all their tickets and provided coaches for everybody and we haven't even sold 1 ticket. I know that the Directors keep telling us that they are working night and day and I know that there are ownership issues but come on, this isn't good enough.

Bit odd tickets don't go on sale until Tuesday?

Chelsea didn’t release them till Friday so we can’t sell what we haven’t got. As for Tuesday I guess whoever sorts out the ticketing software doesn’t work weekends so maybe needs Monday to program the system for 3,000 sales.

Or are we still in sarcasm mode LOL.

Looking at booking coach travel with the Shrimps Trust for the Chelsea game, I am a member but puzzled by the booking web page as to what Choice 2 and Choice 3 mean on the Custom drop-down list - anyone enlighten me?

I think option Option 2 is Gluten free
& Option 3 is vegetarian.

Options 2 & 3 both appear to be priced as non-member £42.00 - assume the description needs updating.

Obviously with the cost of becoming a member being priced at £10, and the non-member price of £52 its another incentive to join the Trust.

Well this is fun....not! All phone lines permanently engaged (understandable). Trying to use the online system but it is clunky as hell and not really working. I am IT literate but it is just not working.

Very slow probably due to the volume of traffic but got there in the end on line. Just persevere!

Listening to twenty minutes of; "Thank you for your patience. All our lines are currently busy, but your call will be answered as soon as possible", then cut off, so rejoin the back of the queue.

I wonder if the same people are taking phone calls and dealing with people who have gone into the shop, or whether they have a dedicated team, some on phones, some in the shop? If there's a queue in the shop, are the phones ignored? Or, do they need more than one day for season ticket holders?

Not long before I get kicked off again, and I need a pee. Decisions, leave phone ringing while I go to the toilet, guaranteeing it gets answered then, or wait until next kicked off the automated recording, then have a comfort-break?

It was clunky in the shop. System going down due to overload.
Quite a queue at 12, got tickets by 12.30.

2 tills, phone wasn't ringing

For those of you bursting to know... I gave the phone to my wife while I went for a pee. Last thing a hassled phone operator needed was to listen to me tinkling.

It didn't get answered.

Came back to another few rounds of "thank you for your patience. All our lines are currently busy, but your call will be answered as soon as possible" before being kicked off again.

Hope the club is staying open late tonight! It's easier getting through to a GP surgery.

"thank you for your patience. All our lines are currently busy, but your call will be answered as soon as possible"

Well, the recorded message has now changed after 5pm...

"We're sorry, the request cannot be completed at this time".

I've spent longer on the phone, and not got anything, than the game will actually last, even if it goes to extra-time and penalties.

You certainly strained my patience this afternoon. Utter f*****g shambles.

Aye I know a lad that literally goes to every game home and away but has been in a similar position to you due to the carnage , not fair I.M.O. when people are getting tickets that aren't S/T holders and haven't even been to a game this season
