Does anyone else get a square full of fuzzy colour instead of the video when trying to play this? It happens with all the Visitor videos. Doesn't happen with anything else. The sound works but that's all. Also, if I drag the video window elsewhere on the screen, the fuzzy colour square stays where it is. Can only get rid of it via task manager too.

Works fine from work for me and I've just tried it at home on a laptop - no problem.
