Doing a search is the best way for your own personal needs. If there's a few of you then sharing an apartment can be worthwhile, but Chelsea itself is obviously expensive and well over £100 for one night, if not £300, lol.
We've stayed at the Copthorne at the Stadium a few times but it was booked up 10 minutes after the draw.
Best value is a Premier Inn or Ibis within a mile away towards Kensington and Earls Court

We've booked the Premier Inn Kensington (Olympia) with a standard room costing £108 on the Saturday or £78 on both Friday and Sunday if required. It's more oldy worldy than the standard Premier Inn modern pre fab design and is very comfortable. It's not too far from Stamford Bridge and has Earls Court tube just around the corner.(Two stops to Fulham Broadway and Stamford Bridge). Nice area too, with plenty of pubs and eateries nearby and only two tube stops to the big museums and shops in Knightsbridge. Would be good to see a few other Shrimps there.
If you want really cheap (but decent) and on the doorstep of Stamford Bridge, Premier Inn have one of their Hub Hotels at Brompton. The rooms are smaller but the prices are cheaper. Standard rooms are currently £60 on Friday, £84 Saturday and only £49 on the Sunday.
Premier Inn room prices fluctuate according to demand and I can only see these prices going up as we get nearer to the game.
There may be cheaper or better but we've always found Premier Inns very competitive.
