Chester v Grimsby

Chester v Grimsby

Need cheering up ? Check out Deva Chat this week

Sorry if it's been posted elsewhere but just how big could this match be tomorrow. Grimsby have put on TEN free supporters coaches to the Deva.

Chester fans on DC seem now to to have turned against their chairman almost completely, with even the Barrow fans cheerfully pointing out their ' told you so's ' on the site.

With administration a distinct possibility and the League watching closely, you do worry what the future could hold for them with even the sensible fans posting that the BSP would be their best case scenario if that were even possible !

Some think that Chester could even do a Telford soon. I guess quite a few clubs could be affected - Bournemouth & Port Vale for two.

What with Darlington also still reeling, it's going to be a crazy few weeks ahead & a turbulent summer in prospect for sure.

I think if Chester drop out of the league it could be the end of them - or at best they could be demoted right down the pyramid just like Boston united did (two seasons ago Boston united were playing the likes of rochdale and Brentford now they are playing prescot cables and kendal town) just proves what can happen

Grimsby have put on TEN free supporters coaches to the Deva.

12 coaches filled by Wednesday. Chester's own fans started pointing to the Barrow link long before any Barrowvians joined in. Finally they are seeing through Vaughan. Unfortunately some of the better posts accusing Vaughan of what most people think he's up to were zapped not long after being posted. You have to be quick to read them ;)

After Chester's 1-5 against Rotherham it could easily be a Grimsby home game tomorrow. Certainly on volume alone the Mariners should be a much louder bunch.

Incidently, the 'Only at Chester' thread on DC is hilarious & well worth a look - fair play to the real fans there. Gallows humour at it's finest.

I can't get access to Deva Chat as my IT Dept have blocked access to it for whatever reason ??!!!

Was just wondering though, what do Chester fans feel towards Mark Wright then at the moment following their very poor run ? Are they on his back too, or am I right in saying they didn't want him back in the first place ???

None too keen on Mr Vaughan and his "business interests" and I have a fair few Barrovian friends who are of the same opinion. Chester fans don't deserve any of this.

with low attendances and withmost fans against the management and the board it's hard to see how Chester will be a football leage club next season

Mark wright versus mike newell on the touchline could be as interesting as the game itself
