Morecambe 2 [Tollitt, OG] Chesterfield 5 LIVE thread

FFS!

We started brightly, but in their first real attack, the shot took a massive deflection and went right into the top corner, 0-1

1-1 Instant response!!! Tollitt from a Lewis free-kick!!! Get In!

We could do with getting something before half-time. We've been well on top for most of this half, but lacking a finish.

Apart from their deflected goal we have played really well and deserve to be level at ht

Dackers getting fouled constantly

Their full back Araujo should have been booked

Six shots for us, to one for them. They had two blocks that could have gone anywhere, but didn't trouble their keeper. We had one block, top corner. Just typical of our luck this season.

Great free-kick, but I think there was another slight deflection. 1-2

Superb ball by White, out to Lewis, good cross, defender got there just before Dackers, but turned into his own goal.

A good finish, but Hendrie gave him far too much space.

Good to see Edwards back. We've missed him.

4 2 now Game over

Different quality but we have not played that bad to be fair

That's 10 goals conceded now in 3 games very worrying

Stott's been good all season, but I think he made an error there, looking to block the player rather than just get to the ball. Once their lad got around him, he was never getting back.

Chesterfield have woken up this half and are far better. We had been playing really well but we just have no quality to make it count. Our right back is our main attacking threat!!

Why isn't Brown getting on the pitch?

Last season, Brown played nine and scored five.
This season, Dackers played nine, scored zero.

If we'd gone in at half-time winning, it would have been a different story. How many shots on target has Dackers had all season?

Chesterfield quality far too good especially off the bench

They had 6 shots on target and scored 5

We had 5 shots on target and scored 2

Great game too watch for a neutral

One sub in 90 minutes and 5 available? That's just unacceptable. Simple as that.

We are finished and performances this season have got nothing to do with the ownership ... Just not enough effort all over the pitch.

Dackers is so poor, one of the worst I've seen up top for us ever.

I disagree, I think there are players busting a gut, and giving 100% every game. It's quality that we're lacking, not effort. For example, I don't think Hendrie is League Two standard, but I won't say he's not giving his all, it just isn't enough. He's not the only one.
