Really really sad news about Sir Chris Hoy

Just been on Radio 5 that he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been told he only has 3 to 4 years to live

Just goes to show no matter how you live your life, no matter how well you look after yourself, no matter what level of ultimate fitness, no matter what achievement, no matter how conscious you are about your diet, no matter how much good you do - if it's time, it's time.

A fantastic example of a British sportsman. Did an incredible amount for charity too. Very sad.
