So I’m no web wiz
but just went onto the tickets app to check the start time for the comedy night my log in doesn’t work ??
Always worked before ?.
Not even able to access my season ticket? Guess I won’t be there Saturday ( perhaps a blessing )

So my login works on here but not on my ticket site
think I took screen shots so should be ok but really??

App looks great but ?
Got onto the app and I’m lost
Cannot find my season ticket or my comedy tickets

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it ??
I’ll wait for my more pc/app savvy folk to point me in the right

No problems here with the App....both on my tablet and smartphone...can access my season tickets and the ones for the comedy night...

Just how did you find it from the app home page ? Please
The new app looks great just cannot seem to find my season ticket or comedy tickets ?

Once you're logged in to your account on the bottom of the App there are 4 tabs...

Click on the second one in from the fight...the ticket one to see your tickets for the Comedy Night....

The far right tab that says Members Cards...click on that to see your Season Tickets...

Yep that’s how I used to access my season ticket and comedy tickets
But I cannot see them on the new App

Sorted it
I had to download the original App and it’s all there
don't know why the new one overwrote the original but I have them both on now
So just do the same on my tablet when I get home
