The owner of Blackpool Football Club, Simon Sadler, has appeared in court in Hong Kong in connection with allegations of insider dealing.
Mr Sadler, together with former trader Daniel La Rocca, is facing criminal proceedings alongside Sadler's company Segantii Capital Management Limited.
No plea was taken when the defendants appeared at Eastern Magistrate Court this morning and the pair have been released after posting bail of one-million Hong Kong dollars - around 100-thousand pounds - for Mr Sadler and half that amount for Mr La Rocca.
The case was adjourned until 12th June.
