Hopefully a synopsis of what was discussed for idiots like me who will be elsewhere at that time of the evening.

Looking after my 3 year old Grand Daughter in Preston on a Thursday and Friday every week.

Just be aware if you book on line there's a £2.50 admin fee...

Well I wonder how that’s going to go! Straight answers to straight questions? Will they actually be able to answer any questions that only Jason knows the answers too?

I'm more shocked and astounded you have to book online and have a ticket to attend....

What happened to just turning up and living for the moment ?

They will want to gauge an idea of how many will attend, for serving and providing food and drink and how many chairs to set out.

Folk seem to be getting charged a £2.50 delivery fee for their free ticket

Not everyone can plan ahead unfortunately

Why is it so hard to book tickets, I'm a season ticket holder but it doesn't seem to recognise my account.

The whole site and phone application looks and feels like a poorly set up school GCSE project, which at best would be looking at a D grade.

Absolutely crazy that to attend a fans forum you need to have a ticket.

All previous fans forums you simply turn up on the night....

Sorry MFC but to have a ticket is ridiculous......and you are creating more work for yourselves than is necessary....as well as alienating some fans through your insistence on the need for a ticket.

This is getting more ridiculous. If I can get my ticket from the club shop fine. I can't remember what email have used for anything, and I didn't know I had an account. I want to go and if I can gain entry I will, but going through all this digital. No thanks.

I think they just need to gauge how many are coming, imagine there is a capacity limit in the local choice suite. Sounds like a fuck up with the £2.50 fee but it will be free to attend, what's the problem?

Can't recall any previous fans forum going back to the days of Jimbo ever being overcrowded....so why the concern this time..... :?: :?: :?:

Don't be surprised if it is poorly attended..... :o :o :o

Suggest the powers that be give the need for tickets etc to be re thought..... :!: :!: :!:

I don't expect it to be overcrowded but might just be one of those box ticking exercises. A safety grounds sort of thing but I don't know. They might expect a bumper turnout with all the issues over the last few years and attendances doubling since the last fan forum.

Could be a tactic to discourage people to come but if they wanted to do that they just wouldn't hold the forum in the first place.

Ordered my ticket for the Fans Forum online, was free, no £2.50 charge. But I was left feeling that I had to still collect an actual physical ticket from the shop/reception on the night, or else in advance.

So I went to the club shop this afternoon, armed with my invoice printout showing I had ordered a (free) ticket. I showed the printout to the lady and asked for my ticket - to be told, you don't need an actual physical ticket on the night - you just bring proof that you booked - ie the invoice printout, or something on your phone.

That is not made very clear on the website.

I think it makes sense to have a ticketing system. With the current situation, the club will want to know who's in the room, just in case things get heated. Also, if the bar is open, they will need to gauge interest and allocate staff.

Hate to be negative but I doubt we will learn anything from the forum. The board will say the sale is down to Jason so they don't know anything and if they do they will say it has to stay confidential for now. Please don't protest etc etc trust the board blah blah blah

Charlie said over a week ago there might be some news in a few days buts it's all gone quiet again.
