Reading a fantastic book at the moment that is currently being made into a film. Its called The Damned United. All about Cloughie's short tenure at Leeds (as well as his ascent with Derby County, his relationship with Peter Taylor and his players) All guesswork and pieced together but a fantastic read and the best insight you will get to the man. It would have any football fan gripped.

Go out and buy it.
