Emergency Loan Keepers?

Why were FGR allowed to bring in an emergency loan goalkeeper last Saturday? They have three keepers on their books, the one who was on the bench, played for FGR in their FL Trophy game, and even started a League One game when he was at Barnsley. What are the rules on emergency loan goalkeepers? Why can you bring one in when you already have cover?

Jamie Searle was on the bench, as he has been for all the other EFL games this season. So not ill or injured?

They probably don't know so they'll only take action if someone complains.

Their fans reckon they got EFL permission but some can't understand why as they had a fit goalkeeper on the bench on Saturday.

Just hope that the EFL decide not to make the match null and void as that would be punishing us as well.

BUT when have the EFL cared about such things in the past.

It would ONLY punish us. It wouldn't punish FGR as it gives then another chance to get something out of it.
Can't see it happening,if anything points deduction for FGR.
