I can't see a way back from this, they've got the three points today, onto the next one.

Terrible performance so far. All kick and rush. Balls kicked high out of defense to nobody. Yet again our throw ins go to the opposition.

Southend are playing well and on this display are not a bottom of the table side.

We need to think more about who are passes are intended for.
