Very sad news. He was, what would be called today, a no-nonsense defender. Certainly wasn't afraid to tackle. One of our great players from the successful period in the Combination/Northern Premier

Sad news, another of the Wembley '74 heros departs. 431 games for the club.

The Shrimps Trust set up 'Legends Wall' a few years ago - which a fan driven project. Would be good to get some recognition for some players from the combination years whilst they are still with us, a very successful period for the club.
