It will be typical Morecambe to get a really top draw with no crowds!

Leeds at home?

So how did that work out then?

I was shocked at the Oldham result yesterday
Carlisle have been bringing in some decent signings and I fancy them to be pushing the top 6 eh

Their defending was shocking but then again Oldham were ruthless and McAleny could be a real potent force down here.

Am I the only one to think that our draw is actually not bad?! Oldham is a very beatable tie and we’ve got the incentive of a home game against Newcastle (if they beat Blackburn of course) to work towards. Much better than getting a Lincoln in the second round for example.

Always an advantage to be drawn at Home, even without a crowd and yes it's a favourable match up albeit being at the same level, don't worry! It'll be a cracking end to end game.

P.S Lincoln who were a class above were seen off by Oldham last Saturday but read into that what you will

Would be good if the game against Oldham could be used as a 'test game' for the club, and to allow a reduced number of fans in.Did not realise that there is no prize money paid to winning clubs in each round of the Carabao cup as there is for the F A cup.Only semi finalists and finalists get a small amount of prize money.

Just out of interest, how much is it worth per round as teams progress
its well publicised for the fa cup games and their tv rights,
but not so much it’s poor relation the Carabao cup
