You have my permission......and possibly my company for the journey.... :?: :?: :?:
;) ;) ;)

Sounds like a good deal to me.

Serious question: Should the club be looking at something like this? Would save the cost of an overnight stay at the very least. Blackpool often fly down to a game on the same day, saving money and time in the process.

I recall the club flying Russ Perkins from London a number of times to play in league games during the later 80's.

I doubt it would save money, as most teams who fly to games get their own coach to pick them up on arrival - so the costs will be high. Plus I think they still overnight even though they do fly down.

There don't seem to be any flights on the Saturday so it would't be a good deal for the players? To get the £2 flight down it means an 8.a.m. start on the Friday and come back the Sunday or Monday teatime - Remember the planes will probably have propellers CC so if you are joining us we will need an extra bit of thrust :!: ;)

Flybe actually have one of the Exeter stands named after them 8-)

....many on SV's think I'm a bag of wind to start with.....so that would provide the extra thrust ;) ;) ;)

The last time I flew in a plane with propellers, I could have sworn that the crocs we flew over had their jaws open thinking 'there's a juicey bugger in that plane....'

My wife and daughter where praying.....not sure about what!

Flybe actually have one of those planes called "Grecian Wembley". Made me smile when I got on board, thinking how they had to wait a season until they could name it!

Don't forget to add £16 for each bag you take on the Biggles trip - not including the Mrs.!
