DA might surprise us and Crewe with his game plan knowing how vital some kind of a positive performance and result is needed.....

Gutted that Cole is out just as he gets that much-needed goal to boost his confidence, and a great opportunity to push on with more goals.
I can't see Slew playing in the centre on his own. From what I know of his past, he's predominantly been used as a winger/wing-forward, hence his goal record as a 'forward'.
Ideally we want to be playing AJ up there (change of style, admittedly). I still believe he's exceptionally talented for this level when he can stay fit. Otherwise, step up Bradbury and let's see what you've got!

this injury might force Derek Adams to change the 4-2-3-1 formation.
instead of playing a lone target man we might see a 3-5-2 with Mendes Gomes more central with Smithy or Miller coming in from out of the cold?
