Just wonderful coverage doc but it still saddened me today that the shelter made for disabled people doesn't cut it, I felt really uncomfortable seeing the poor lad and his carer having to endure driving wind and rain.

Got to agree with the poor facilities. How that can be passed as adequate is beyond me.
